Job Opening: Perform Group Seeks Legal Counsel For Growing Sports Media Service

Global live and on-demand sport streaming service DAZN is already growing its presence in markets such as Canada, Germany, Italy and Japan. It is also very interested in expanding to the U.S.

That DAZN service is used by Perform Group, one of the fastest growing sports media companies in the world, with almost 3,000 employees in over 30 countries. Perform Group is looking to beef up its legal team and has posted a job opening for Legal Counsel, North America.

The position is based in New York and will report to Perform Group’s Senior Legal Counsel, North America.

Some of the duties of the Legal Counsel position include working on sports rights acquisiton, general commercial agreements, technology contracts and regulatory matters.

Perform Group is optimally looking for someone with 4-6 years’ experience at a law firm or in-house, significant experience with copyright licensing and meaningful experience with commercial and technology service contracts.
