Job Opening: Electronic Arts Seeks To Hire An M&A/Corporate Attorney

Electronic Arts (EA) is looking to hire a lawyer to focus on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate affairs for the video game company. Specifically, the hired lawyer will be required to advise on deal structure, conduct and manage due diligence as well as draft and negotiate deal documentation and coordinate closings.

The position requires that the applicant have 4-6+ years of experience with mergers and acquisitions at a law firm or within an in-house legal department. Electronic Arts also wants candidates to be familiar with Delaware corporate law and NASDAQ requirements.
