Job Opening: Ohio State Seeks Athletic Compliance Officer

The Ohio State University is known for having one of the better athletic programs in the United States and even takes pride in its Ohio State esports program. If you are interested in becoming a part of an athletics department and do not mind living in Columbus, Ohio, then this job opening for Ohio State Compiance Offer may be a good fit for you.

The position is referred to as Athletic Compliance Officer, but the working title is Assistant Director, Compliance. A bachelor’s degree and one-to-three years of experience in an athletic compliance setting is required.

It pays $48,000 annually.

“This position will serve as the compliance liaison to several sports programs and provides support to the compliance team to ensure adherence to recruiting and extra benefit legislation,” states the summary of duties. “Additionally, this position supports the compliance staff liaison to the Office of Student Financial Aid to ensure adherence to NCAA and federal financial aid limitations. This position must be able to act with integrity and discretion as they will be exposed to sensitive and confidential information. This position works in a fast-paced creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced and innovation is encouraged.”
