Lakers Forward Brandon Ingram Inks Deal With Unique Black Water Company

Los Angeles Lakers power forward Brandon Ingram is in his third season in the National Basketball Association and is expanding his endorsement portfolio. Ingram is announcing a partnership with blk. Water, a premium spring water brand that infuses its product with fulvic and humic minerals.
Ingram is becoming the first athlete endorser of the California-based water brand. The brand will gain rights to use Ingram’s name and image, and will launch an exclusive bottle that features his arm and hand along with his personal epithet, “Humble Beast.”
The water bottles displaying Ingram will be sold at retailers in the Greater Los Angeles region, including at Whole Foods, Erewhon and Bristol Farms locations. Advertisements featuring Ingram will be displayed on digital and social media campaigns.
Bottled water sales in the United States was roughly 13.7 billion gallons in 2017, which accounted for the highest volume of bottled water ever sold in the U.S. The bottled water market size is expected to be worth $215.12 billion by 2025.
Key companies in the bottled water market, which should serve as competitors to blk. Water, include Mountain Valley Spring Water, Nestle S.A., The Coca-Cola Company and PepsiCo, Inc.
Brandon Ingram is also an endorser of Adidas. He signed a five-year deal worth $2 million annually. Ingram also appeared in a Speed Stick commercial in 2016.
